Title: Transition for Transformation

Theme: Transition for Transformation

Praise And Worship:

The phenomenal worship team led us in a wonderful time of Praise and worship with the following songs: Lord, you are good, Let It Rise, 10,000 Reasons and I will exalt you.

Our Guest Minister, Rev Celia Apeagyei-Collins came to encourage the Church today mostly by giving us an exposition from a message titled "Transition for Transformation" with foundation scriptures taken from 1 Chronicles 12:17-18 and Numbers 27:15-23.

Rev Celia explained that "transition" means "change" or "movement" or "passage" from one stage or concept to another. She highlighted the fact that transitions involve necessary changes and require those involved to be flexible and adaptable because change involves embracing the new whilst honouring the old.

Using the story of the transition of the Israelites from the land of Egypt to the Promised Land as a focal point of reference, Rev Celia told us eleven things about transition/change and encouraged us to not get stuck in the past like the Israelites were, but to rather move forward and embrace the new.
